Receive notifications and set controls based on where your debit card is used.
Start by logging in on your desktop web browser at login.oldglorybank.com or via the mobile app on your device. If you have not yet downloaded our mobile app, please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Login with the same credentials you chose when you established your account.
To set up location Controls & Alerts on your desktop:
- In the Menu bar that runs vertically along the left navigation, click Card Manager. (Note: A new window will pop up when you open Card Manager. To return to your Old Glory Bank homepage, click the X in the upper right corner.)
- On the Card Manager homepage, you will see a debit card image in the upper left navigation. Scroll down to the box titled Manage Card and click Controls & Alerts.
- Click on My Regions.
- You have two options to set up Location Controls: My Regions and Block International Transaction.
- When the My Regions control is activated, all in-store transactions will be denied if the merchant location is outside your designated region. To activate, you will toggle the gray button to the right.
- Next, click the + sign in the gray Add Region bar and type in the country, city, state, or zip code where transactions are allowed. Click Save. Repeat this process to add additional regions.
- When Block International Transactions is activated, all international in-store transactions are denied. If you plan to travel but have enabled Block International Transactions, you must create a Travel Plan. The option to create a Travel Plan is linked on the app page below Block International Transactions.

To set up location Controls & Alerts on the mobile app:
- In the Old Glory Bank app, click the Menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen; click Card Manager once the menu bar appears.
- Once Card Manager is open, a debit card image will appear at the top of the screen. Scroll down under Manage Card and click Controls & Alerts.
- Click Controls. Locations is disabled by default. Click Locations to change your settings.
- You have three options to set up Location Controls: My Location, My Regions, and Block International Transaction.
- When the My Locations control is activated, all in-store transactions are denied if your device and the merchant location do not match. The Old Glory Bank app uses location in the background to protect against fraud by confirming that you are making the purchase. When My Locations is enabled, make sure to have your device with you when purchasing.*
- When the My Regions control is activated, all in-store transactions will be denied if the merchant location is outside your designated region. To activate, you will toggle the gray button to the right.
- Next, click the + sign in the gray Add Region bar and type in the country, city, state, or zip code where transactions are allowed. Click Save. Repeat this process to add additional regions.
- When Block International Transactions is activated, all international in-store transactions are denied. *You may be asked to allow Old Glory Bank's Card Manager to use your location. For location controls to work correctly, you must allow the app to track your location.
