How Do I Change My Old Glory Bank Password?

Start by logging in on your desktop web browser at login.oldglorybank.com or via the mobile app on your device.

To change your Password on the mobile app:

  • Click the Menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen, and click Settings once the menu bar appears.
  • Under the Security section, click Update Password
  • Review the password requirements* in the gray box. (Listed below for your convenience.)
  • First, type in your Current Password.
  • Next, type in your New Password
  • To ensure no typing errors, enter your new password again under Confirm New Password
  • Finally, click the blueChange Password  
  • You will receive a Password Change Complete confirmation in a pop-up window. 

To change your Password on your desktop:

  • In the Menu that runs vertically along the lefthand navigation, click Settings.
  • Under the Security section, click Update Password.
  • Review the password requirements* in the gray box. (Listed below for your convenience.) 
  • First, type in your Current Password.
  • Next, type in your New Password
  • To ensure no typing errors, enter your new password again under Confirm New Password
  • Finally, click the blueChange Password  
  • You will receive a Password Change Complete confirmation in a pop-up window.

*Password Requirements: 

  • Must be between 5 and 20 characters.
  • Must contain at least 1 number.
  • Password must contain a minimum of 1 lowercase character.
  • Password must contain a minimum of 1 upper case character.
  • Password must contain at least 1 special character (e.g., @,#,$,%, etc.).
  • Password may not be the same as the last five passwords. 
  • May not be the same as the current password.
