Start by logging in on your desktop web browser at login.oldglorybank.com or via the mobile app on your device.
To change your Password on the mobile app:
- Click the Menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen, and click Settings once the menu bar appears.
- Under the Security section, click Update Password.
- Review the password requirements* in the gray box. (Listed below for your convenience.)
- First, type in your Current Password.
- Next, type in your New Password.
- To ensure no typing errors, enter your new password again under Confirm New Password
- Finally, click the blueChange Password
- You will receive a Password Change Complete confirmation in a pop-up window.
To change your Password on your desktop:
- In the Menu that runs vertically along the lefthand navigation, click Settings.
- Under the Security section, click Update Password.
- Review the password requirements* in the gray box. (Listed below for your convenience.)
- First, type in your Current Password.
- Next, type in your New Password.
- To ensure no typing errors, enter your new password again under Confirm New Password
- Finally, click the blueChange Password
- You will receive a Password Change Complete confirmation in a pop-up window.
*Password Requirements:
- Must be between 5 and 20 characters.
- Must contain at least 1 number.
- Password must contain a minimum of 1 lowercase character.
- Password must contain a minimum of 1 upper case character.
- Password must contain at least 1 special character (e.g., @,#,$,%, etc.).
- Password may not be the same as the last five passwords.
- May not be the same as the current password.
