How do I dispute a transaction on my account?

What if I didn’t authorize a transaction? Charges we don’t recognize are upsetting, and Old Glory Bank has processes in place for you to report these charges. Contact Old Glory Bank immediately to dispute a charge.

What if there is an unauthorized transaction on my account?

Call our customer service number immediately to report it: 888-446-5345 and choose OPTION 4 to Dispute a Transaction.

 

What if my card has been lost or stolen?

  • If you determine your card has been stolen:

Call our customer service number immediately to report it: 888-446-5345 and choose OPTION 3 to Report Card Lost or Stolen.

  • If your card is lost:

Turn off your card and turn it back on when you find it.

  • To turn off your card:
    • Log in to your account.
    • Click “Card Manager”.
    • Use toggle to switch from “Card is ON” to “Card is OFF”.

What if I am unsure of what to do?

Call our customer service number immediately: 888-446-5345 and choose OPTION 0 to Speak to a Representative who can direct your call.
