What if there is an unauthorized transaction on my account?
Call our customer service number immediately to report it: 888-446-5345 and choose OPTION 4 to Dispute a Transaction.
What if my card has been lost or stolen?
- If you determine your card has been stolen:
Call our customer service number immediately to report it: 888-446-5345 and choose OPTION 3 to Report Card Lost or Stolen.
- If your card is lost:
Turn off your card and turn it back on when you find it.
- To turn off your card:
- Log in to your account.
- Click “Card Manager”.
- Use toggle to switch from “Card is ON” to “Card is OFF”.
