I forgot my username and/or password. How do I retrieve them or unlock my account?

To reset your password or retrieve your username from the app:

• Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
• Enter your username. 
• If you do not remember your username, click the "Forgot Username" link.
• Complete the identification verification, and we will send you your username.

To reset your password on a computer:

• From the main website screen, click the red Log In button.
• Click the "Forgot Password?" link. 
• Enter your username
• Choose a method to receive a secure access code – by phone, text, or email.

• Enter the secure access code and click submit.
• Choose your new password. Enter the password in both boxes.
  • Must be between 5 and 20 characters.
  • Must contain at least 1 number.
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 lowercase character.
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 uppercase character.
  • Must contain a minimum of 1 special character.
  • May not be the same as the last 5 passwords.
  • May not match the current password.
• Choose whether to register this device. If you are logging in on a shared device, do not register it.

Your new password is now set. You may log in.

To retrieve your username from the computer:

• From the login screen, click "Forgot Password?".
• When it asks for your username, click the back button.
• Click the "Forgot username" link at the bottom right.
• Enter the information requested to verify your identity.
• Choose the method by which you’d like to receive your username – text or email.
• Click continue.
• We will send your secure access code via the method you selected. 

To unlock your account:

 If your account has been locked, you may also use this method to unlock your account. 

Once you have clicked the "Forgot Username" link, the next page will also give you the opportunity to Unlock User. 

Once you have retrieved your username, you may proceed to log in.
