When it comes to payments and receivables, our ACH (Automated Clearing House) services are one of the best tools available for payroll, vendor payments, accounts receivable, and tax payments.
To apply for ACH Services:
- Login to your banking portal
- Click on the Services tab on the main menu
- Scroll to Business Services
- Click the tile ACH Application
Complete the ACH Application and click Submit

Note: You must click on each numbered step button – it does not automatically go to the next page
You will be asked to upload the following information in step 5:
- Three months of business bank statements (if the business is new, then three months of personal bank statements)
- Two years of business tax returns (if the business is new, two years of personal tax returns)
The completed application, along with the required attachments, will be sent directly to the ACH Approval Team. A “Success” pop up screen will let you know that your application has been submitted. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Once the ACH Approval Team approves your application, an ACH Agreement and welcome email will be sent by the business banking team for your signature. Upon receipt of the signed agreement, services will be enabled.
