To initiate an ACH transfer:
- Start by creating a recipient profile.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the Business Banking menu option and select Recipients.
- Click New Recipient.
- Payment Type is set to ACH Only.
- Enter the Recipient’s Account Type, Account Number, and ACH Routing Number.
- Enter the Recipient’s Name, Address, City, State, ZIP, and country.
- Optionally, enter a name and the ACH ID for the payment.
- Review the information and ensure it is correct, then click Save Recipient.
- To send an ACH:
- Inside online banking, click on the Business Banking menu option and select Payments from the dropdown menu.
- Click New Payment and select ACH payment from the dropdown.
- Enter the Origination Details:
- SEC Code – Prearranged Payment and Deposit (PPD) or Cash Concentration and Disbursement (CCD).
- Set the SEC Code – PPD is a person, and CCD is a company – for payroll, the system will default to PPD
- Originator (You).
- Sending Account Name or Number.
- Effective Date to be processed.
- SEC Code – Prearranged Payment and Deposit (PPD) or Cash Concentration and Disbursement (CCD).
- Select the recipient or create a +New Recipient.
- Click Approve to process the ACH Payment.
- Drafted ACH payments can be viewed by clicking Transfers & Payments, then selecting Online Activity.
- If you want to make the transaction recurring, click on Set Schedule to set the frequency
- In the Recipient/Account field, click in the box and choose +New Recipient
How can I view my ACH transfer(s)?
- From the Home screen, choose Transfers & Payments from the menu.
- Click Online Activity.
- Click Single Transactions or Recurring Transactions, depending on the nature of your transaction.
If I have chosen to draft an ACH transfer, how do I go back and approve it?
- From the Home screen, choose Transfers & Payments.
- Click Online Activity.
- Click Single Transactions or Recurring Transactions, depending on the nature of your transaction.
- Click on the 3 dots to the right of the individual transfer.
- Approve the transfer.
How do I increase my ACH transfer limits?
- From the Home screen, choose Services from the menu.
- Under the Business Services section, choose ACH Application.
- Enter the required information and complete all steps of the application.
- The completed application will be sent directly to the ACH Credit Team for review.
- Once Application is submitted someone from our ACH team will contact you within 48 hours.
