How do I complete my investment in the Old Glory Bank mini-IPO?

Our mini-IPO is now closed, but investors who began their subscription before the closing have until December 15, 2025 to complete their documentation and payment.

Before you start: 

  • The site is best viewed on a desktop using Chrome or Firefox. A mobile-friendly version is coming soon. 
  • If you have a VPN enabled, please turn it off during the account creation process. You may turn it back on once your account has been created. Otherwise, you will receive an error message. 

To complete your subscription payment: 

Log in to the investment portal and follow these payment instructions:

Credit Card 
Some credit card issuers may block the transaction from successfully processing due to fraud protections.  If this happens, please let your card issuer know that you approve the transaction.  If asked to attempt the transaction again, please contact Old Glory Bank and ask to reprocess your investment at 1-888-446-5345 or email at investments@oldglorybank.com 
The charge will show up on your statement as “Old Glory Bank.” 

ACH 
It may take up to 2-3 days to complete the ACH transfer.

After your investment is verified and approved, you will receive an email with an invoice link for making your crypto payment on our partner's website, Alt5 Sigma.  

To Create an account to view your dashboard and investments: 

  • Go to our Investor Portal 
  • Enter your name, email, and phone, and create a password. You will receive three separate emails which are:  
  1. Confirm your email address  
  2. Old Glory Holding Company Security Code 
  3. Complete your registration 
  • Read the Agreement. 
  • Check the box to accept the terms and conditions. 
  • You may download the KoreID App or you may proceed to your personal dashboard. It could take up to two weeks for your investment to appear on your investment page. 

  • PLEASE NOTE: If you are an Old Glory Bank account holder, your account login will be separate and different than your investment login.
