      How do I invest in the Old Glory Bank mini-IPO?

      In just a matter of minutes you can step into the exciting opportunity of becoming an owner of Old Glory Bank.

      Before you start: 

      • The site is best viewed on a desktop using Chrome or Firefox. A mobile-friendly version is coming soon. 
      • If you have a VPN enabled, please turn it off during the account creation process. You may turn it back on once your account has been created. Otherwise, you will receive an error message. 

      Invest in Old Glory Bank 

      Click on the Invest Now tile. This will take you to the Old Glory Bank Investment Request Form. 

      Note: If you start an application but you do NOT complete and submit it, you cannot pick up from where you left off.   

      Contact Information 

      • Please provide the information to open an account.
      • You will receive emails from the email address you provide with information about our funding platform.
      • Your account has not been opened until you complete your submission

      .   You MUST enter a physical address. PO boxes will not be accepted per regulation. 

          Your name must match your government issued ID. 

      • Click Next Step. This will prompt a two-factor authentication via email.
      • The security code may take a minute or two to reach you. If you don’t see the email, please check your Junk/Spam emails.
      • If you begin the application process and receive a 403 Forbidden error, turn off your VPN. Once you have created an account you may turn your VPN back on. 

      Suitability 

      Are you an Accredited Investor? 

      • You can click on Yes or No for explanations of both.
      • Fill out accordingly, Select Citizenship, and click Next Step. 
      • If you are NOT an Accredited Investor, SEC Regulations limit the total amount you can invest to 10% of your net worth.*  Please provide requested information so that we may determine if the amount you wish to invest is within these limits.  

      * All assets, other than your residence, qualify as net worth. 

      Invest 

      • Choose how much/how many shares you would like to invest.   
      • Choose to invest as: 
      • An Individual – You will need to provide Driver’s License or Passport information 
      • A Company/Trust/IRA - A subsequent email will be sent asking you to upload documents to the investor portal.
      • Please use the following link for a list of required documents:

      • Complete the required information on the page.  

      *Important note: All dates use the following format: YYYY MM DD

      • You will not be able to fill in your Social Security number until you correctly enter your Date of Birth. 
      • Click Next Step. 

      Payment 

      Select your method of payment, accept the Disclosures, and click Next Step.  

      Credit Card 
      Some credit card issuers may block the transaction from successfully processing due to fraud protections.  If this happens, please let your card issuer know that you approve the transaction.  If asked to attempt the transaction again, please contact Old Glory Bank and ask to reprocess your investment at 1-888-446-5345 or email at investments@oldglorybank.com 
      The charge will show up on your statement as “Old Glory Bank” 

      ACH 
      It may take up to 2-3 days to complete the ACH transfer. 

      Wire 
      Please provide your external financial institution with the following instructions:

      Check 

      Internal Transfer  
      If you are an Old Glory Bank account holder and would like to pay via an Internal Transfer, select WIRE/CHECK as your payment option. Then call 1-888-446-5345 to be verified and place the internal transfer request with our call center team. 


      Documents 

      • Read and acknowledge the Subscription Agreement by checking the box beneath the agreement.
      • You must scroll through the agreement in order to show that documents have been successfully reviewed.
      • Type your e-signature and click Make Investment. 

      You will land on a page thanking you for your investment.  

      • It may take up to 30 days to complete and confirm your investment. 
      • You will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to view your Pending Investment with Old Glory Holding Company. It could take up to two weeks for your investment to appear on your investment page. 
      • At the bottom of the page, you will see the amount of your investment request and how your investment is to be paid. 

       

      Would you like more stock? 

      You are more than welcome to invest in more shares after your purchase. To do so, you will need to fill out the investment form again so we can account for your additional shares and so they populate in your investment portal. Some fields will be pre-filled with information entered during a previous investment purchase. 

       

      To Create an account to view your dashboard and investments: 

      • Go to Invest in Old Glory Bank 
      • Click the red Invest Now button at the top right corner
      • Click the Sign-up button  
      • Enter your name and create a password. You will receive three separate emails which are:  
      1. Confirm your email address  
      2. Old Glory Holding Company Security Code 
      3. Complete your registration 
      • Read the Agreement. 
      • Check the box to accept the terms and conditions. 
      • You may download the KoreID App or you may proceed to your personal dashboard. It could take up to two weeks for your investment to appear on your investment page. 

      • PLEASE NOTE: If you are an Old Glory Bank account holder, your account login will be separate and different than your investment login.
