How do I locate my monthly account statement for my consumer account?

Our model is centered on online banking, including minimizing paper exchanges whenever possible. (This also helps reduce the fraud risk related to mail theft).
Statements for consumer accounts are available by logging into your account through your OGB desktop access or mobile app.
- From the main menu, click on Statements and Tax Forms. The E-Statements portal will open in a new tab.
- For the account of your choice, choose View Statement to see the most recent account statement, or View History to see statements for prior months.
- To return to your account, close the e-Statement tab on your desktop, or click the Done button in the mobile app.
Note: The statement cycle ends on the last day of the month. Please allow up to 48 hours for the most recent statement to be available in your app or through your desktop access.
