How do I navigate the Customer Service automated phone system?

For urgent, account-related questions, our friendly Customer Service team in the great state of Oklahoma is available Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Time at 888-44OldGlory (888-446-5345).

For non-urgent questions, drop us a note anytime through our Inquiry Form: Old Glory Bank: Customer Service. Our Customer Service team will respond by email within 2-3 business days. 

When calling 1-888-446-5345, you will be prompted to:  

  • Say “Activate Card” or Press 1- To Activate a Debit Card 

  • Say “Business” or Press 2- For Business Accounts 

  • Say “Personal” or Press  3- For Personal Accounts 

 

If you say “Activate Card” or Press 1: 

You will be prompted to enter your debit card number, expiration date, and CVC code to activate your debit card.

To activate a business debit card, call the number on the sticker on the back of the debit card: 800-992-3808.

 

If you say “Business” or Press 2, you will be prompted to: 

  • Say “Lost card” or Press 1- To Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card. You will then be prompted to enter your debit card number. 

  • Say “Disputes” or Press 2- To Dispute a Debit Card Transaction. You will then be prompted to enter your debit card number. 

  • Say ”Questions” or Press 3- For Questions about Your Business Account. You will immediately be transferred to a Customer Service representative (during our Customer Service hours as outlined above). 

  • Say “Main Menu” or Press 4- To return to the Main Menu. 

If you say “Personal” or Press  3, you will be prompted to: 

  • Say “Lost card” or Press 1- To Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card. You will then be prompted to enter your debit card number. 

  • Say “Disputes” or Press 2- To Dispute a Debit Card Transaction. You will then be prompted to enter your debit card number. 

  • Say “Self Service” or Press 3- To use our Automated System to get your Balance, hear Transactions, or Transfer Funds.  You will be required to enter or set up your telephone banking access code. 

How do I set up a Telephone Banking access code?  

    • Say “Checking” or Press 1   
    • Say “Savings” or Press 2  
    • Say “Debit Card” or Press 3  
    • Say “Transfer Money” or Press 4   
    • Say “Change Access Code” or Press 5  
    • Say “Dispute” or Press 6  
    • Say “More Options” or Press 7 
    • Say “Main Menu” or Press 9 
    • Say “Representative” Press 0

  • Say “Main Menu” or Press 4- To return to the Main Menu. 

  • Say “Representative” or Press 0- For a Customer Service Representative. You will immediately be transferred to a Customer Service representative (during our Customer Service hours as outlined above).
