When calling 1-888-446-5345, you will be prompted to:

Say “Activate Card” or Press 1- To Activate a Debit Card

If you say “Activate Card” or Press 1:
You will be prompted to enter your debit card number, expiration date, and CVC code to activate your debit card.
To activate a business debit card, call the number on the sticker on the back of the debit card: 800-992-3808.
If you say “Business” or Press 2, you will be prompted to:

Say “Lost card” or Press 1- To Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card. You will then be prompted to enter your debit card number.

Say “Disputes” or Press 2- To Dispute a Debit Card Transaction. You will then be prompted to enter your debit card number.

Say ”Questions” or Press 3- For Questions about Your Business Account. You will immediately be transferred to a Customer Service representative (during our Customer Service hours as outlined above).
