How do I set up a Telephone Banking access code?    

You may use your self-service phone access system to check your balance, hear recent transactions, or transfer funds. To access this system, you must establish a telephone banking access code. 

To set up your telephone banking access code: 

  • Call 888-44OldGlory (888-446-5345). 
  • Say “Personal” or Press  3. 
  • Say “Self Service” or Press 3. 
  • Enter your debit card number. 
  • If this is your first time calling or you need to change your telephone banking access code, say "I don't have one" or Press Star (*)

NOTE: For your security, our system must validate your identity to proceed. It will request you to enter your social security number and date of birth.  

  • Enter your full Social Security Number and Date of Birth. 
  • Create your 4-digit telephone banking access code and confirm by entering it again when requested. 
  • The system will confirm if your enrollment was successful. 
  • You will then be directed to the Self-Service Main Menu: 
    • Say “Checking” or Press 1   
    • Say “Savings” or Press 2  
    • Say “Debit Card” or Press 3  
    • Say “Transfer Money” or Press 4   
    • Say “Change Access Code” or Press 5  
    • Say “Dispute” or Press 6  
    • Say “More Options” or Press 7 
    • Say “Main Menu” or Press 9 
    • Say “Representative” Press 0   

Remember, if you prefer not to enter this information into a phone system, your account information is also available 24 hours a day 7 days a week via our Old Glory Bank app.
