Keep your card secure and never be denied account access when traveling with Old Glory Bank’s Travel Plans feature.
Start by logging in on your desktop web browser at login.oldglorybank.com or via the mobile app on your device. If you have not yet downloaded our mobile app, please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Login with the same credentials you chose when you established your account.
To Manage Travel Plans on your desktop:
- In the Menu bar that runs vertically along the left navigation, click Card Manager. (Note: A new window will pop up when you open Card Manager. To return to your Old Glory Bank homepage, click the X in the upper right corner.)
- On the Card Manager homepage, you will see a debit card image in the upper left navigation. Scroll down to the box titled Manage Card and click Manage Travel Plans.
- Click the + to the right of Add Travel Plan to add international destinations and U.S. states you may visit.
- Old Glory Bank requires you to enter a security token (numeric one-time passcode) to protect your account and verify your identity. Select whether you want to receive the passcode via email or text and click Next. (Note: The security token expires in 30 minutes. After that, you must repeat the process to request a new one.)
- Enter the security code and click Next.
- Next, add your Travel Plan. You may add up to two Travel Plans per card and up to 15 domestic or international destinations per plan. You may also specify the dates of your travel. (Travel Plans cannot exceed 15 days.) Click Submit once you have entered your plan.
- To Edit or Delete a Travel Plan, click on the plan and follow the prompts.
- Click Add Travel Plan and follow the same process to add an additional Travel Plan.
To Manage Travel Plans through the mobile app:
- In the Old Glory Bank app, click the Menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen; click Card Manager once the menu bar appears.
- Once Card Manager is open, a debit card image will appear at the top of the screen. Scroll down under Manage Card and click Manage Travel Plans.
- Click the + to the right of Add Travel Plan to add countries and U.S. states you may visit.
- Old Glory Bank requires you to enter a security token (numeric one-time passcode) to protect your account and verify your identity. Select whether you want to receive the passcode via email or text and click Next. (Note: The security token expires in 30 minutes. After that, you must repeat the process to request a new one.)
- Enter the security code and click Next.
- Next, add your Travel Plan.
- To add a destination, click Destinations and begin to type your destination. Once the destination name fully populates, click on it. You may add up to two Travel Plans per card and up to 15 domestic or international destinations per plan. Select Save once all chosen destinations have been added.
- You may add your Date of Departure and Date of Return. Use the scrolling month/day/year feature that appears to specify your travel dates. Travel Plans cannot exceed 15 days.
- Click Submit once you have entered your plan.
- To Edit or Delete a Travel Plan, click on the plan and follow the prompts.
- Click Add Travel Plan and follow the same process to add an additional Travel Plan.
Note: If your trip is longer than 15 days please call our customer service team at 888-446-5345 Monday-Saturday 8-8 CST to register your plans with us.
