Old Glory Pay Frequently Asked Questions
How is the new Old Glory Pay different from the legacy app? Can I still use the legacy app if I prefer?
- The new Old Glory Pay functions nearly the same as the legacy app. We have brought Old Glory Pay into online banking for more convenience and enhanced security.
How can I request funds through Old Glory Pay?
- This is not currently possible with Old Glory Pay. This will be added in a future update.
Can a business account use Old Glory Pay? How should they register?
- Old Glory Pay operates the same for a Business Account as it does for a Consumer/Personal account. Business Accounts register the same way as a consumer/personal account.
Will the recipient be notified when I send money? If so, how?
- At this time, OG Pay does not send notifications when money is sent or received. However, recipients may still be notified if they have account alerts set up and the OG Pay transaction meets the criteria for those alerts. As we continue to enhance the OG Pay experience, adding dedicated payment notifications is a feature we hope to offer in the future.
Are fees assessed when sending or receiving money? Personal or Business?
- No. OG Pay does not charge any fees for sending or receiving money, whether the transaction is made through a personal or business account. This means the full amount of the transaction is transferred without any OG Pay transaction fees being deducted. Users can send and receive funds with confidence, knowing there are currently no fees associated with OG Pay transactions.
Are transactions processed in real-time, including weekends and holidays?
-
OG Pay transactions are processed in near real-time.
