Not receiving your Secure Access Code?
- Check your Email Spam or Junk folder.
- If your phone number is international, we recommend using email as your delivery method, as delivery is not guaranteed to an international number.
- Text the word START to our short code (86434). If you receive a reply stating Messaging service by PM reactivated, you can try again to receive the SAC Code.
If you still don’t receive your SAC Code, please contact our Customer Service team at 888-446-5345.
Old Glory Bank will NEVER call or text you for this code. DON'T share it with anyone.
Helpful tips:
- Do not share your Secure Access Codes/Verification Codes, usernames, or passwords with ANYONE.
- It is safe to assume that anyone who asks you to share a Secure Access Code/Verification Code is a scammer.
- Do not post your phone number or other personally identifiable information online.
