Manage your spending by setting up controls based on transaction type.
Start by logging in on your desktop web browser at login.oldglorybank.com or via the mobile app on your device. If you have not yet downloaded our mobile app, please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Login with the same credentials you chose when you established your account.
To set up Transaction Controls on your desktop:
- In the Menu bar that runs vertically along the left navigation, click Card Manager. (Note: A new window will pop up when you open Card Manager. To return to your Old Glory Bank homepage, click the X in the upper right corner.)
- On the Card Manager homepage, you will see a debit card image in the upper left navigation. Scroll down to the section titled Manage Card and click Controls & Alerts.
- Under Controls, click Transaction Types.
- The Old Glory Bank account controls default should show the Enable Transaction Controls button as off (white), and all buttons below should be on (dark gray), meaning that all transaction types are allowed.
- To Enable Transaction Controls and limit the type of transaction allowed with your debit card, toggle the white button to dark gray. Now, you can manually select the transaction types you wish to deny.
- For example, if you would like to deny online purchases (online bill payments, online shopping, and other online purchases), toggle the button on the right from on (dark gray) to off (white).
- If you want to allow online debit card transactions, leave the toggle button on (dark gray).
- Repeat this process for In-Store, Autopay/Recurring, ATM, and Other transaction types.
If you do not wish to prohibit any transaction types, ensure Enable Transaction Controls is off and the button is white. - Once you have finalized your control selections, click Apply.
- Note: The Old Glory Bank default account setting will allow all transaction types if you do not enable controls.
To set up Transaction Controls on the mobile app:
- In the Old Glory Bank app, click the Menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen; click Card Manager once the menu bar appears.
- Once Card Manager is open, a debit card image will appear at the top of the screen. Scroll down under the section titled Manage Card and click Controls & Alerts.
- Under Controls, click Transaction Types.
- The Old Glory Bank default should show the Enable Transaction Controls button as off (white), and all buttons below should be on (green), meaning that all transaction types are allowed.
- To establish controls and the transaction types allowed on your debit card, toggle the Enable Merchant Controls button from gray to green. Next, manually turn off the transaction types you wish to deny.
- For example, if you would like to deny online debit card transactions (Online bill payments, online shopping, and other online purchases), toggle the green button to the left so that it turns light gray.
- If you wish to allow online transactions, leave the button green.
- Repeat this process for In-Store, Autopay/Recurring, ATM, and Other transaction types.
If you do not wish to prohibit any transaction types, ensure Enable Transaction Controls is off and the button is white. - Once you have finalized your control selections, click Apply.
- Note: The Old Glory Bank default account setting will allow all transaction types if you do not enable controls.
