IMPORTANT: If your debit card is lost or stolen, please call our Customer Service line immediately to report it at 888-446-5345, Option 3. If you know your card is safe, you may turn it off temporarily.
Perhaps you left your card behind at a trusted merchant or on your desk at work, and you simply want to turn it off until you can retrieve it. Our Card Manager feature allows you to quickly turn your debit card off and back on when necessary. When you turn off your Old Glory Bank debit card, all transactions except recurring payments will be denied until you turn your card back on.
IMPORTANT: If your debit card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at 888-446-5345, Option 3 to report it. Your card will be canceled to prevent unauthorized charges and a new debit card will be reissued to you.
To turn off your debit card temporarily:
Start by logging in on your desktop web browser at login.oldglorybank.com or via the mobile app on your device. If you have not yet downloaded our mobile app, please visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Login with the same credentials you chose when you established your account.
To turn off your debit card from your desktop:
- In the Menu bar that runs vertically along the left navigation, click Card Manager. (Note: A new window will pop up when you open Card Manager. To return to your Old Glory Bank homepage, click the X in the upper right corner.)
- On the Card Manager homepage, you will see a debit card image in the upper left navigation.
- Card is ON is just below the card image, and the button to the right is gray.
- To turn off your debit card, toggle the gray button left so that it turns white.
- A popup screen will appear asking you to confirm that you want to turn your credit card off*. To switch your debit card off, click Yes.
- To turn your debit card back on, toggle the white button to gray.
- Again, a popup screen will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to turn your card back on. Click Yes.
To turn off your debit card from the mobile app:
- In the Old Glory Bank app, click the Menu button in the bottom right corner of the screen; click Card Manager once the menu bar appears.
- Once Card Manager is open, a debit card image will appear at the top of the screen.
- Card is ON is just below the card image, and the button to the right is green.
- To turn off your debit card, toggle the green button left so that it turns light gray.
- A popup screen will appear asking you to confirm that you want to turn your credit card off*. To switch your debit card off, click Yes.
- To turn your debit card back on, toggle the light gray button to green.
- Again, a popup screen will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to turn your card back on. Click Yes.
